10. What are the important holidays in China?

Chinese New Year

This is the most important holiday in China. It usually comes by late January or early February and officially lasts for a week. But many factories close for a month as the workers must go back to their hometown.

National Holiday

1st to 7th October. Total 7 days.

Labour Day

1st to 5th May. Total 5 days.
